You retain all rights to any content you submit through EVIT. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to:

• Share verified incident information with relevant stakeholders
• Use anonymized data for research and statistical analysis
• Create aggregated reports from incident data

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant these licenses. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your content.
